I am seeking candidates with aspirational and/or luxury brands on their resume. PHAT has done very well in the marketplace. While retail and wholesale are facing a challenging year, PHAT is meeting and exceeding expectations! It is key to note that they continue to evolve their products and are not looking for candidates from the hip-hop or urban space.

The VP, Marketing & PR role reports into Kimora Lee Simmons, the Creative Director, with a dual report into the President of PHAT, Bernt Ullmann, a well respected, seasoned industry executive.

The VP role requires experience with fashion show execution. Ideally, the VP will be involved in the selection and hiring of the Director levels.
